Peter Reimann – Tax Expert
Peter started his accounting career in 1979 working with firms on Greenhill & Fullarton Roads in Adelaide. It was during the next 12 years that he learnt his trade being the preparation of all types of Income Tax Returns.
In 1991 Peter commenced his own business mainly operating in the Northern areas. In the last 30 years Peter has developed all the skills necessary to advise on a diverse range of topics such as tax planning, business advisory, retirement planning, SMSF’s, Wealth Creation & Business Succession Planning. With these many years of knowledge, Peter enjoys working with clients whether that be in the office or at their business premises, where he can really get a feel for and better understanding of the way they do business.
Peter is an avid distance runner, having completed many marathons and half marathons since 2009. In 2015 he completed the New York Marathon. He has 2 adult children and lives with wife Sarah in Prospect.
Jonathon Gerhardy – Managing Director
Jonathon began his accounting career in 2003 where he joined Barossa Accounting and Tax, receiving a Bachelor of Commerce from UniSA shortly thereafter.
He was admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in June 2008 and attained his public practice certificate in 2016 and has been a tax agent since 2015.
Becoming a Director of Equity Flare in 2022, Jonathon has deep expertise in a wide range of taxation areas – FBT, WET, CGT, GST, Income tax & state taxes and enjoys solving accounting problems.
His client services include accounting & tax compliance & advice to small and medium business.
Jonathon’s out of work hobbies include staying active including participating in team sports, travelling and financial markets.
Jordan Krzoksa – Managing Director
Jordan began his accounting career in the Barossa Valley in 2006 at Barossa Accounting and Tax. Since then he has completed his Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree as well as becoming a Certified Practising Accountant and Tax Agent.
Jordan offers over 15 years’ experience and he enjoys working closely with clients to help them achieve their goals. His expertise areas include tax & tax planning, compliance, business services and client accounting software solutions.

Outside of work Jordan enjoys playing hockey and spending time with his family.
John Ibrahim (JC) – Chartered Accountant
John began his accounting career in 2011 after receiving a Bachelor of Commerce from UniSA. He became a full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2015 and attained his public practice certificate in 2019, joining the Equity Flare team in 2022.
John specialises in small business accounting and tax, individual tax returns and leads the SMSF accounting and administration team.
He enjoys spending time with his growing family, playing tennis and is a passionate Port Adelaide and Adelaide United supporter.
Ashwini Venkatesan – Senior Accountant
Ashwini joined Equity Flare in November 2016 as a Graduate Accountant
She is an experienced Accountant and Tax Professional. She is a Senior Accountant at Equity Flare. She migrated from India in 2013 with a Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting and Finance to pursue her education. She holds a Masters’ degree in Professional Accounting and a Cert IV in Leadership and Management.
Ashwini is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants. Her current role involves accounting and preparation of tax returns and GST returns for sole traders, companies, partnerships and Trusts. Ashwini is also undertaking further studies (part time) to expand her knowledge in taxation laws.
Rachel Tennosaar – Administration / Bookkeeping
Rachel joined equity Flare in 2015 and has been a valuable part of the team since then. She was born and bred in the North East of Adelaide and loves the lifestyle this small city brings.
She began her career as a Legal Receptionist after graduation from Business College. Since 2007 she has been employed as an Office Administrator and Bookkeeper in small businesses. She is an experienced bookkeeper and receptionist with a high attention to detail and friendly personality, always willing to help in all areas she can.
She has extensive knowledge in using MYOB, Quickbooks and Xero cloud accounting Software.
Rachel has been married to Tonu for 25 years. She has 2 daughters and enjoys reading in her spare time.
Dongxun Jin – Graduate Accountant
Dongxun or Jin, as he prefers to be called, moved to Australia in 2012 to continue his accounting studies and joined us at Equity Flare in November 2022 as Accountant. Jin holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. He is an associate member with CPA Australia and recently joined the CPA program to expand his knowledge in financial accounting, taxation and audit. His current role involves assisting the team to prepare BAS and tax returns for sole traders, companies, partnerships and trusts. He loves playing basketball and doing outdoor activities in his spare time.
Sarah Reimann – Strategic Business Consulting
Sarah is a certified business advisor, financial expert and professional speaker. She provides consulting and coaching to business owners and teaches them how to understand the story behind their numbers, so they can have the financial control they need to reduce stress, increase profits and create financial and time freedom.
As a qualified accountant, with 15 years’ experience in the tax accounting industry and a business owner since 2006 she knows and understands the challenges business owners face with managing staff, juggling all the balls and keeping up a healthy lifestyle.
Sarah is married to husband Peter and has 2 adult daughters. She enjoys running, walking, yoga, reading lots of books and cooking a storm in the kitchen!
